We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hungarythe room that was assigned to us had problem with connecting to the wifi. i called the reception and at first i explain that in the other half of the room i can not connect to the wifi. after sending someone who came to have a look, an engineer was sent to redo the router. yes it worked for 2 hours and then again i couldnt connect to wifi. i mean for a 5 star hotel with such name and advertisements it is a shame that a simple thing such as wifi can not be fixed. i had to reschedule my business meetings to days later because of this. yes i get the “sorry” treatment, but thats not enough for such Hotel. specially right before the worldcup.
it was clean and modern. the interior was amazing.

QatarI used to like everything. Unfortunately this hotel is becoming the worse among all the hotels in doha. Very noisy, lots of staff not cooperating. I asked for a late check out and they only gave me 30 minutes and told me if i stayed more they will charge me for a half day !

QatarHudson Tavern - can't believe that in a modern hotel that smoking is allowed and that smokers are given the whole bar area and non smokers have to sit in the restaurant section. There are many bars in Doha that have banned smoking and this premises should do the same. Personally, I found the bed hard and uncomfortable, I only stayed three nights and on my last night had a call from housekeeping asking if my room was OK, this call should have been after the first night. I said the bed was uncomfortable and they arranged to put a topper on the mattress but actually, this did not improve the comfort, the topper was as hard as the bed.
Design of the hotel spaces was exceptional, staff very helpful.

QatarIts excellent, most stunning and luxurious hotel I ever book in Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and modern looks. The swimming pool is awesome . I cant say anything more. Our stay was perfect. I checked in to relax and it really makes me relax. The sauna is perfect, the design is stunning . Will definitely check in again.
