As a part of check-in procedure we were asked for the deposit for the minibar. Well, this is 5star hotel, having all information about us including credit card - and the receptionist tried to explain this that this is normal…We have been in Doha in some other hotels of same categories, and this never happened. As this is almost at the beginning of our hotel experience, it leaves not great impression… Fortunately other staff - restaurant service, Spa - they fixed the impression.

The view from the 17th floor, service of Ms. Oriana at the restaurant and the food, staff at the Spa, room service which was very prompt… The room design is pure and beautiful, gym is excellent and the Spa marvelous.

We are a family of 4 including two small children - they knew this of course - and we were put in a room above a VERY noisy event. Some forethought would have been good so we didn't have to move ourselves to a new room after already getting the kids settled for bed!

Attention to detail, helpful staff, great breakfast, moved to a suite after a noise issue (which was avoidable), lovely pool, gave us lovely birthday treats on arrival

The staff are wonderful , whether at the reception or at the breakfast buffet , and we were checked in and out quickly , The room was large and the bathroom as well, and there was no disturbance in the corridors

The breakfast really needs to be improved. Limited varieties of food and quality of food is average. The hotel facade (room window) needs cleaning from outside. Despite the great sea view, the window were not clean from outside.

The hotel interior design is really cool and enters you to a relaxing mood. Rooms are awesome with nice shower and bath tub facing the exterior sea view. The hotel also offered decent complimentary romantic touches (cake and roses) in the room upon our arrival. Staff are very responsive and professional.

The windows in the room should be cleaned as it is difficult to enjoy the view.

This was my second stay in Mondrian. As always, everything was perfect, from smooth check-in to check-out. Thanks to the receptionist guy who gave me the highest floor room with a good view. The SPA facilities were so good, and especially the staff there were just amazing. Pool also loved it, and the staff there was so helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I don't know his name; otherwise, I would love to mention it. I loved room service as they brought my breakfast so fast and it was full of options. Overall, I was satisfied with every single detail of my stay.

I loved everything! Even though some of the restaurants were closed, I still enjoyed the property a lot.

Amazing. Would stay again. The decor, the staff was welcoming. The location was perfect! Great breakfast too! The spa is incredible.

The room was very clean and spacious and didn't feel compact. the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was okay but it did mean you have to get a cab ride to all the places. Raushan from Housekeeping surprised us with Towel Art on a few nights that which was amazing.
