Off airport campus when just staying for a 24 hr layover.

The hotel was very up to date. I would suggest bc the hotel is off site of the airport, incentives such as a shuttle or even free breakfast may bring more travelers. The staff and facility are excellent.

Overly expensive espresso coffee at the bar on arrival discouraged further using the hotel restaurants.

The Hotel offers 4/5 stars services. I was given a large and super clean room at the 6th floor. The bed was super comfortable. It was possible to regulate A/C. The bathroom was big and included a nice large shower and bidet. There are several restaurants +an outdoor pool and a jazz club(which I did not try). This is definitely a high standard hotel. We got easily to the hotel from the airport in about 10' with a cheap uber taxi. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again when in long (e.g. > 8 hours) transit in Doha airport. The souq and the museums are easily reachable by uber from the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, excellent room! Was tired after my flights and all facilities were perfect! Mid way between the airport and city, I would definitely return. Staff was very helpfula d nice as well.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage, which I hope the hotel would look into fixing. The staff offered to change my room when I reported the issue, but I had already unpacked so I didn't want to move everything to another room, so all I could do was endure it. Even though it was delicious, I found that the in-room dining was quite expensive Wifi was mostly ok, but quite slow at times. Could definitely be improved

The staff at the hotel were very nice and very helpful, probably the best part of my one week stay. They even got me a birthday cake since my stay coincided with my birthday, which was quite unexpected. Staff at the front desk were very helpful during check-in as well as check-out. Valet service was very convenient The in-room dining was delicious, they had a good variety of options and the all of them were great. I ended up ordering Room Service almost every day, which was not something I was planning to do

I cannot tell any negative issue

Excellent staff already at the check in they were very polite. Asked for taxi and gave the driver instructions how to make the sightseeing tour. The lobby lounge chef was very kind and served us fast with delicious food selection.

I liked everything

The staff were very friendly, particularly Winnie in the breakfast room and Maria in the Spa. Breakfast was an extensive variety of food. The gym was large, with good range of equipment. The best part was that the Spa facilities were complimentary. You can use the warm Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor pool, shower facilities all for free. There is a separate ladies area to men’s, so it is a comfortable space to be in. After check out, they allow you to use the Spa facilities. I was also given complementary late check out.

TV was not working

Hi, property was clean and comfortable, close to airport for a quick 6 hour stopover (which is why we booked it). Unfortunately TV was broken and we didn't have time to get it fixed but other than that all good.

More a business hotel. The pool is large but the sun loungers are very basic and thin. And lots of children constantly screaming in the pool.

Location near airport and metro. Staff incredibly efficient and well trained. Really good value.

Travel to airport was arranged without fuss. We arrived after midnight and were very tired. Checking in was easy. Staff was very pleasant and aware of our tiredness. Breakfast in the open cafe was great and lunch was excellent in terms of the attentiveness and politeness of the staff. Well done to all of you.
