I had requested via booking.com for two beds instead. When we got there one bed offered, then changed to two singles. It was an uncomfortable stay. Beds were not suitable for our family

I get this bad treat from five star hotel, and there is no management as per five star hotel I expect more than this quality. I reach the hotel at 2 PM and I get the room at 6:30 PM, and it was under my following with the cleaner to prepare the room by myself and no one from the hotel staff following up with the cleaner I was following to be prepared my room by myself. and the stuff there in the reception her name is Lisa and her manager doesn’t help when I spoke with him. He didn’t give me any attention and just he said she’s giving you the room and he run away and the way how she is talking with us it was very rude and unacceptable at all. I expect better than this service and five star hotel cost per night more than 800 riyal for this service and quality overall , when I visit two star Hotel, the treat me better than this five star hotel, which is more I expect from them, which is only two star hotel they treat me better than this five hotel for me at all. I will not be going back to this hotel even if they give me free stay.

BahrainIt was a very bad experience and I would never consider staying there again. Our room wasn't cleaned although we turned the cleaning light on. The excuse was that they were too busy. They came to clean after 6pm and I asked them to come back in an hour but they knocked my door 3 times within that hour. Very disturbing and unprofessional. They didn't bother compensating us for that (other than offering breakfast which we rejected). Not a 5 star hotel experience. Also, it looks nothing like the pictures. The view was the roof of another building! The furniture was old.

KuwaitThe room was kinda bad there was no door for the bathroom I didn't know if they meant it to be this way or not. The A/C stopped working for no reason. The refrigerator broke down 2 times. First time they did come and fixed it but the second time they didn't.
The staff was great and helpful and so nice. The location was in the middle of everything.
