We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BahrainThere were no towels on the first day of our stay. Zero towels. Water was cut from the bathroom for a couple of hours. The refrigerator was not working. The buffet was over-crowded; we hardly found a table to sit. But all these issues were temporary and were fixed, after some calls, except for the refrigerator.
Rooms were spacious. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety. We were given a room in the business floor, which was a bonus. Convenient parking. Pool is very nice. Room temperature was well-controlled. So, was the room lighting.

IraqMy check-in was at 3 pm which us normal. I areived to the hotel at 6 pm and thy told me that the rool wasn't ready! I've already arrived 3 hours later, how can it be not ready? I had to wait for 30-45 minutes to get the room. The staff was good but when I arrived to the hotel, no one got my bags to the room. I took it with me upstairs.
The hotel was great with few downsides. my overall experience is quite good. Having such a good location of the hotel was amazing to easily get to the various Doha sites. Rooms are clean and the facilities are good with an amzaing breakfast.

United KingdomThe property was undergoing maintenance especially in the garden area and unfortunately, there was noticeable and uncomfortable smell of paint and other substances being used. It was rather unpleasant trying to sunbathe by the pool area!!
The staff are truly wonderful. Every morning I was met by the pool attendant Makhsud who is extremely polite and friendly. He could not do enough for the guests. Also from the Cabana club, two ladies in the name of Mae and Angil were really kind, courteous and helpful, handing out towels etc. These people are real assets to the great team in Radisson Blu.
