The butler did not answer every time we called (we usually call once a day, at the end of the day when we order out). Regarding the checkout we asked for a late checkout which was approved but the electricity was cut off from the room anyway, so we needed to remind them and they turned it back on.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel look and feel were luxurious. The amenities and services were very useful (specially the butler service). The bathroom was high end with nice technology. The view and the huge balcony were amazing.

Absolutely Everything, this hotel is stunning 😍 The attention to detail is on point. The suite was designed perfectly, all the facilities Was outstanding.

TV was bad. Limited choices of channels and no access to streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). Casting option was faulty so we couldn’t use the tv at all. Mini fridges did not close properly so items were not cooled. Tea cups were not replaced after cleaning so could not make coffee the following day.

Beautiful interior and amenities. Butler and concierge services were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable! Honeymoon surprise was very nice and appreciated. Views from the balcony were exceptional.

I had an incredible stay at Raffles Doha. The lobby is breathtaking, with a sky-like view above. The suites are amazing, offering both luxury and comfort. The architecture is truly impressive and adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable stay in Doha!

Luxury on another level! This place is phenomenal! Absolutely loved everything about this place! The lady at the desk Rose was an absolute gem! Literally cannot fault this place. The concierge Jean Pierre also went out of his way to assist me with so many things.

The only problem is the shower drain. This shower comes with the option of multiple side jets, but if you run too many at once, the drain can't handle the water flow, leading to a flood in the entire bathroom

Breakfast could be in a more intimate venue with proper service for this kind of hotel. The food is very good with huge variety os items.

Architecture and interior decor is one of the most beautiful I ever saw. Suites are magnificent, swimming pool is amazing and the Italian restaurant Alba is very good. Staff is excellent.

Restaurants was ok. The rooftop only open on Friday’s but the Friday we were there it was a private party so we didn’t not get to experience it.

Love the property such a beautiful place . 20 out of 10. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Rosa was wonderful. Thank you Raffle for a wonderful birthday.
