There's no toothbrush and toothpaste. Luckily I brought my own. The toilet bowl has some foul smell but managed to stop it when I cleaned using the body wash.

The Fairmore burger bar closed a little to early so we couldn't watch football matches to the end. everything else was great.

the hotel is old and requires renovation. the rooms are not clean at all. we moved the side table to find a huge layer of dust. the bathrooms are also old and not really clean. in the second bedroom there is no TV. Ther curtains are broken and very dirty and stains on them.

the location is good. near the city center mall. the beds are very comfortable. the rooms are very big with plenty wardrobes.

It's an odd layout. There's no bathtub, and I didn't see a washer or dryer.

It is in a central location so you can get to anything very easily. The apartment is small but nice.

Little run down and old. Some cracked tiles in the suite and no smart TV's for watching Netflix etc. Rooms are not very soundproof so you hear your neighbour entering.

Excellent location in the center of city. Walking distance from both the beach and a very nice mall with restaurants and food court. Very good breakfast. We stayed in a suite that was comfortable and spacious

At first, we were assigned to a room that smells cigarette smoke while I requested for non-smoking room because I have kids. At first they just sent the housekeeping to spray a little more fragrant spray to eliminate the smell but it doesn’t work. So, my husband asked if that it is, only then they tried to find alternative room. They compensated us with 3BR Suite instead of 2BR. Kudos to the front desk officer for it.

Need much improvement in breakfast, no buffet, just a very limited menu for guest with included breakfast option. Room Kitchen is good and spacious but not enough accessories and utensils (cooking pot were not in my room, had to request many times to the reception, upon which a very small sized cooking pot was provided and that is too without lid/cover)

Room was spacious and comfortable, Toilets/Bathrooms are huge, Staff is good and smiling.
