United StatesThey charge extra for early checkin. I arrived at 2 pm and check in was at 3 pm. However they let me in the room at 2:30 pm. A lot of dust from construction behind the hotel. No alcohol served on premises.
They don’t charge a cancellation fee. Good value for the money. Walking distance to the Souk. Clean room with all the facilities, water bottles provided.

IndonesiaSince the word Wyndham was on their name, I expected a little bit more. The room has a suffocating smell. I read the fine print many times just to make sure I didn't book a smoking room. Nothing was indicated but there was an ash tray inside. I thought it would go away on its own. Sadly, it did not and I only realized it late at night when I came back to my room. I had a staggered sleep on my 2nd night and the smell stuck on my clothes. I think it's because there's no exhaust even in the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the toilet bowl had visible stains and I ended up cleaning some of it.
The lady life guard, Nelly (I hope I got her name right), and the floor staff were the gems of my stay.. special shout out to Nelly for offering and assisting me on the use of sauna. The room is a little bit uncomfortable. It's a good thing that your amenities -gym, pool, and sauna were there to make my stay worth it. The floor staff accommodated my requests as quickly as possible as well. In fact, I'm looking forward to giving it another try and experience breakfast as well.

QatarThe kids playing around the swimming pool, jumping to the pool didn’t think about the rest of the people around them, and their parents were just wandering and thinks that it is just ok, i like kids but, lets be mindful of the others aswell.
The pool and the sauna, the room, it’s ok. No window to look out. It’s accessible via metro, and it is near Souq Waqif also.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ranmal, the house keeping in charge was truly amazing and his service was excellent. Was checking our needs and wants every time and replenished our room amenities according to our need. The front office agent Lahiru was also very nice and accommodating most of our requests . The whole team at Ramada encore made our stay more comfortable and memorable.

United StatesSome rooms are very dark, small windows. This was the first time when I asked to change the room. I had to stay in smoking room, so smell was not good, but AC was working properly. Then the room became noisy. I had to change the room again. The other room was definitely different in a matter of AC. It was smelly and humid. Also noisy, but that time I didn't want to change the room again. Windows cannot be opened in a regular room. In summer time it is ok, but in a good season it is a problem - no fresh air at all. Food was ok, but could be better.
Personnel is the best in this hotel. They try so hard to make your stay better. In general room is ok. For a short business stay, not for a leisure.
