We had some ant issues in the room my teenagers stayed. It’s a little boring for teens but relaxing and quiet for adults

Breakfast included was nice. Lunch and dinner menu was the same and very limited if you don’t do all inclusive. Rooms were comfortable and spacious

The place lacks a competent general manager. The suite was never cleaned in the two days we spent there, we barely had any towels in the bathrooms. Any request, room service or even in the restaurant took several reminders and a lot of patience. The beach is unkept and badly ran. The place has a lot of potential, but the staff is lacking a strong /and professional management. To the owners: it is not enough to invest in facilities, invest in competent professionals to turn the place around. Your return on investment will only be greater.

The location was exceptional, so were the facilities and amenities. The internet in the seafront suite was perfect for remote work and a leisurely staycation.

Tent bathroom is a bit old for the price.

Nice location to have a good time with family and friends with easy access to the sand dunes. Efficient and nice transportation from Sealine roundabout that kids enjoyed a lot.

It is a dry hotel.

We checked-in early. The room was not ready yet, so we spent some time at the Gazebo by the beach - swimming, having a drink. The hotel provided us with a chiller that has cold water and some refreshments. At sunset, we went fishing and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. Had dinner in the evening at 7:30pm then enjoyed a nice shisha by the bonfire with traditional arabic seating. It is a dry hotel but you may bring in your own booze.

when staff brought kids beds, they made the room dirty with their shoes, but they left without cleaning. the entrance was not clean, to be fair it was very windy, but no one cared to clean it when we checked in. our room was on the left side of the compound, and during the night there was very close 4x4 dune bashing and making very loud boom noises from their exhaust. it keeps us up, i called reception but there is nothing they could do. i think the camp should coordinate with local police to avoid such disturbances especially 2AM in the morning. word of advice get a room towards the middle of the compound and avoid the ones near the fence. no wifi (being fixed), and no landline to call the lobby. but you can call by mobile. other compounds had free dunes skiing, but activities were limited here. its more for relaxing i guess

Great large room and excellent bathroom, bigger than most hotel rooms. clean beach, and dinner, which was 150QR per person, was very good, but should have included coffee but it was extra the bonfire was the best part the place overall is clean and many places to sit and relax

I always go to the camp infact this was my 5th trip this year. But i had booked seaview tent and having empty rooms they still gave us the furthest room possible. When asked they said this is seaview. Usually before staff are very accommodating but somehow new management or staff did not show the care when rooms were empty. Loyalty works both ways.

Need glass cups in the bedrooms as the paper ones leak through eventually. Very minor issue tbh.

The beach was great and clean and rooms were good. Food was wonderful, good selection. We were picked up at Al Meera Sealine the drivers were both amazing. Gave us some real dune adrenaline.

Phones in the room didn't work and there is no mobile coverage in the room. We had to walk to reception every time we needed something. Poor wifi. Food options are less than before. No buffet anymore it seems.

some stains were on pillows, there is no covered parking for car in the picking up area. Temperature and humidity in this time of year were too high, there is no way to relax at the beach either you should be in the water or at your room, AC in restaurant was bad.

Overall the experience was good along with the stay. The facilities provided was top class & the staff were friendly. Looking forward for the next trip!! Definitely life on experience in the middle of the desert.
