Inside in hotel dining area there is fly's while eating food it's not good. So much fly's so staff should do skeep mosquito fly's machine inside

Tent maintenance is poor.no hot water,no TV ,no internet.. Door lock was broken .we had to wait 1:45 minutes to fix it.

There was a water pressure squeak all night long it was torture, waiting for it to sound. Our electric sockets didn't work so we had no fridge or bedside lamps, but we didn't really need them. The ac turned on and off throughout the night I tried to set it to on in the hope it would drown out the squeak, but it wouldn't stay on. Water was provided in small plastic bottles at dinner and breakfast (environmentally poor) The coffee was a nestle sachet which is not great and the cups were all small paper cups. , There was one kettle to share between all guests which kept having to.be filled and boiled.. this was ridiculous.

I love it as an alternative to camping. The beds were big and comfy and the showers lovely. They were happy to provide extra beds for the kids in the patio room. It was nice not to have to bring any food or towels, unlike you would when you normally camp. .The beach loungers and cabanas were very nice and comfy. And the room (2002) very spacious. Room 2001 had a kitchen as well and was closest to the beach. There is a small 5 aside astro football pitch the kids loved and at night they lit the fire pits so we brought marshmallows and sticks for the kids to roast.

Service very bad and the food was very bad unacceptable for dinner and breakfast was very bad not as 5 star hotel services. the tea and coffee served badly such as class room service. I preferred the old managements food and staff service.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, missing many items from the buffet. No coffee only instante coffee if you want normal coffee you have to pay. No soft drinks only basic juice, if you want diet cola need to pay extra and the price time 10

The bad experience ever , no available towels for beach at all , the safari trip is unsafe no safe seat belt , old polaris and atv cars , we fall down and my eife had spine fractured they didn't even call us to be sure that she was okay after we wont to the hospital Alll in all very bad experience not recommended.

Old place, tents are horrible to stay in, super smelly and unclean. I had to pay another 50 dollars to get a Decent room. The prices are really high and the place is very basic

The location is nice. I used to go their once or twice a year for the past 4 years. And I can see how the quality is going down every year. It s not worthed anymore. I decided to go in the future to another leisure location in qatar. Not sure where yet.

reservation staff never answer the phone ,my booking was to pay at the property however they deduct whole amount immediately after booking. food was so bad and finished quickly (no refill for all items of the buffet) no beach towel , we ask many times but lifeguard didn’t give us . I was booking 2 rooms for 2 families, one of them was cancelled without calling us and I didn’t check my E-mail , then we was forced to book another room at a different rate .
