There is no floor drain in the toilet. If the water spills out, there is no way for the water to drain. Rather, the water starts to stagnant on the toilet floor.

Parking slots are limited on the ground parking or you have to give keys to valet to park your car underground. Beach is not exclusive to hotel guests, you have to take a voucher to enter a shared beach. Some room furniture needs renewal or repair with obvious scratch marks.

Staff were friendly , Loaction is good specially sea view rooms , access to beach My stay was during Ramadan, so I tried the open buffet and it was good specifically if you are looking for oreintal and arabic food.

We had a very late flight home at 01.20 and were disappointed that no shower and changing facilities were made available after we had vacated the room at 13.00. Coffee, powdered milk etc were not replenished often enough in the room. Some of the room fittings and decor are looking a little worn.

Room was spacious with kingsize bed and a sea view. Location was not close to many facilities but is situated opposite West Bay Beach and free access to the beach was included in the booking which was a big pluspoint though beach did get very busy. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Evening meals were excellent value. Asian Night and Egyptian Night provided an extensive range of authentic dishes.

Regarding my reservation I was booked two twin bed rooms with sea view when I arrived to the hotel I make sure with the receptionist to give me what I booked but unfortunately they give one room with cars parking then I asked why the room did not have a sea view. Their answer was not convincing. The hotel was full and the two persons whom they work their one lady her name yamina and the other one he is asad.Their treatment of me was disrespectful and unsmiling, and the cleaning man entered my daughters' room without permission. When we returned to the hotel, we found cans of water thrown on the floor, and then they did not put in new cans of water, which is makes me and my daughters very upset.

Nice and excellent location near by a lot of attractions places such like Katara, pearl island and souq wagif and most thing that it’s closed to the west bay, also I have to say some things about the reception people whom I deal with them such like marwan( مروان)alvis and one of the duty manager who is Mohammed rabeaa (محمد ربيعه) they are very friendly specially مروان and also محمد ربيعه who changed my room to the sea view higher appreciate to them.

As mentioned couple of times here, the hotel would need some reconstructions . But still it offers comfortable accomodation for a reasonable price.

Great location, just across the street from the sea, complimentary entrance to the beach club (nice beach, clear sea, booths with drinks and snacks, free WiFi). Breakfast was really good, large selection. Room was big. I really loved the behavior of the staff (front desk , concierge, waiters, housekeeping).They were very professional and approachable.
