I would really appreciate a different rate for different check-in / check-out times. For instance, I am a frequent traveller to Doha and I always arrive in the morning (but then have to pay for the previous night's accommodation) and I always check out late (in the early evening but then have to pay as if I stayed the entire night). This is very common due to the international flight schedules to and from Doha.

Location is excellent within walking distance to government office, great restaurants, mall, etc.

I requested 2 connected rooms, I had a long road trip and last thing I was expecting to have a mistake in the booking. The staff did their best to accommodate us, we spent the first night in a suite, and what I respected is they gave us another room just a gesture for a decency, next day I was moved to 2 connected rooms.

Good location, close to the west bay beach which’s usually free accessed by the hotel residents, you’ll need to cross the road though.

Room furniture and decoration is old and abused. In addition, pillows bedding are old and not comfortable specially the pillows.

Location and friendly staff, receptionist from Morocco (I think Osama) is very kind and professional.

The pool is a bit small. Breakfast buffet needs more food selection

The view was amazing, sea view on the left and doha city skyline on the right.we were upgraded with a kitchenette. Having an access to west bay beach is a plus.

Jacuzzi wasn't working during the whole of our stay. The room should have a small freezer.

Minor issue but we had to request shampoo / toiletries on a few occasions without auto top ups during room service. Bathroom is outdated and definitely requires attention/updating for a more comfortable feel

The hotel is old I believe and hence the furniture inside was having kind of smell when we entered as the ac was also off, later it was fine. About cleaning also may be they can use some perfumes and can improve in this area

The location is amazing and just near the corniche. There is WBB(West Bay Beach) which is usually charged but for hotel residents it’s free and they provide towels too. Also there is valet for parking. Staff is extremely polite and nice.

The hotel is old and needs renovation of some parts. The breakfast was relatively poor in comparision with the other same Class hotels. West Bay Beach sea is not clean. The Beach is very crowded.

The location is very close to the West Bay Beach. Hotel provides ticket to enter to the West Bay Beach. The nearest Metro Station is around 20 minutes walking distance. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

I booked 3 rooms, two of them are good but the third wasn't that good.. the smell which is probably coming from the AC duct at the entrance of the room , was not good. The other rooms were fine. The check in time was fair but our rooms were not decided.. The lady at the reception was cooperative and selected all rooms in one floor.. I believe the furniture, the closets and toilets need to be upgraded to match the 4 stars rating of the hotel..

The hotel location was perfect.. it is in the middle of everywhere.. you can reach most of the attractions easily and timely. there were few parkings outside but the hotel managed to park our car..

Expensive It should be all inclusive for this price but I paid for breakfast
