the staff mostly are welcoming the property is elegant and clean the friendly atmosphere

the breakfast in farm house, was below the level of the hotel, it is limited, needs to be further international rather than the basics especially for Arabian guests

we took a junior suite it is comfortable, clean, it is appropriate for families and kids, the staff were friendly, especially this kind men Sithu

All services were good except for closing the main restaurant after breakfast and opening the beach restaurant only to provide All inclusive F&B Also, the quality of food served in the open buffet at all times was mediocre and less than expected

All services were good specially on swimming pool, also the staff care about kids and they deal in friendly good behavior, also the availability for so many activities for the kids during the day

Maryam and Zahra from guest services check in team were outstanding, super helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Everything felt "easy" even though the hotel was busy. Chef Elias and Ibrahim from the steak house made us feel very welcomed. Hotel was 5 stars but not uptight so got to enjoy the weekend with our 2 years old baby without feeling uncomfortable.

Buffet needs an Arabic section

Stay is amazing and the staff is friendly, specially maryam at the reception . Really we enjoy our stay at rixos Gulf and its good experience to try the all-inclusive for the first time in qatar I recommend this hotel for everyone 👌 👍 Thanks all rixos Gulf staff, for your wonderful treatment

Nothing because it was perfect.

The swimming pool was deep and so good for swimming. Also the ping pong table was there and the beach was so clear and safe. Even there is a place for kids to play and every day they do activities for kids so I recommend you to go there with your family.

Some delays in getting the food specially from the fast food carts at the peak time.

Everything, Rixy Kids Club was fantastic. Pool, beach, vibes, all was great. Staff are very helpful, Yassin and Mariem form the GSA team. Fatima from the entertainment were impressive.

Just to find a "but".. The buffet selection of meat & seafood was not very good. Having a steak house restaurant and a lot barbaque option, large pieces of meat would be a lovely option (Briskets, ribs, rib-eye..). There no seafood at all and no Japanese food option, that is a must to get balance space while eating the buffet. All other.. Was perfect.

Enjoyed a lot the whole entertaining (Kids and adults simultaneously) combined with the food and beverage included in a super nice pool and beach sunsets with music. All perfect and exceptional Lily (Kids club crew) taking lovelly care of the kids in Spanish language.

There should be more options for open buffet.

It was amazing to stay with Rixos as usual. We felt Turkish hospitality deeply. Special thanks for Beyza and Fati who are from Rixy club for their special attention to our daughter. Also special thanks for Yusuf Chef who prepared delicious Turkish food for us and also Ayatullah who is waiter and always helped us ontime.
