Buffet was crowded and the food selection average, not 5 star. Restaurants were all fully booked during our 3 night stay so could only eat at the buffet. Restaurants were not full during the times we were told they were fully booked.

For the costs , e paid for view and not the ai food and drink as had to pay for croissants, which I was a bit shocked at . Also struggled to get table service for drinks at morning breakfast and evening dinner . Struggle for sun beds .

Medical emergency at the pool, luckily my partner is a doctor and saved the persons life but lack of equipment/training for staff at the hotel is a serious concern. We fell ill with a sickness bug whilst staying at the hotel and the hotel did nothing to acknowledge this. We noted some staff using the toilets and not washing their hands so the hygiene rating of the hotel must come into question.

Spacious lobby and room was nice. Lanka from house keeping was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and Jordan from Mr Tailors restaurant looked after us well when we dined there.

Being sold a room with a balcony and a view of the sea, only to find myself in a ground-floor room with no windows and no view. I felt like I was in a hospital. I paid more than 700€ for 2 nights for a chain that is supposed to be "well known". Extremely disappointed, you can get much better for much less. Finding such dishonest people ruined my stay in Qatar.

I Recently stayed at the Rixos Gulf Hotel in Doha for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, and it took an hour to prepare it without any apology from the staff. Additionally, we faced delays in accessing the swimming pools due to incorrect information about their opening and closing times. The loud music played until midnight and started again early in the morning, which was disruptive and could be heard clearly from our room. The breakfast offered was very limited and poorly managed, adding to the overall disappointment. Overall, the service and management were subpar, making this a very poor experience. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning again.

I entered the room while the air conditioner was broken. I had to sit in the reception until it was fixed, and unfortunately the breakdown happened a lot during my stay with very poor service staff. Even that they give me room in front of big machines that pushing a hot air in my room🤬. It was a tough struggles time for my kids and I had to change my plan and leaving this hotel.

Outside, it really needs to step up. Beach pool needs maintenance (broken tiles inside the pool - actually dangerous). Lack of food & beverages staff. And cleaning is lacking during meal time.

1- Bad smell in all the hotel from the restaurant and the pool to our floor , but inside the room no bade smell. 2- the tables in the breakfast restaurant not too much , you have to for a stand and wait for any empty table and fight for it. Waiters also not too much. 3- SIDE TABLES IN THE ROOM ARE VERY DANGEROUS. ITS POINTY END SO ITS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. I HIT IT BY MISTAKE TWO TIMES AND ITS CUT MY HAND.
