The location of the resort is ideal for a getaway. Rooms are comfortable. Sana, at the reception assisted us to check in and was very helpful. We visited during weekdays and the resort was not crowded, thus kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. We forgot a phone in our room and the resort staff quickly contacted us and were very kind to keep the phone with them, so we can pick it up.

The outdoor area and seating was super dusty. It is summer though so that could be the reason.

I loved the location and the villa. The staff was also great. Sanaa, the receptionist did an amazing job at making sure we had everything and that our stay was exceptional!

But the rest of the food & beverage experience was poor. we were informed upon check in about their Burger restaurant by the adults pool to discover that the restaurant is closed and they serve the main restaurant menu and this was very disappointing and miss-leading. the Pizza from the Italian restaurant was similar to a pizza from a fast food restaurant, not a 5* hotel. We ordered chicken wings with Blue cheese sauce and honey mustard sauce. the blue cheese sauce was replaced with 2 "pieces" of Brie Cheese (no sauce) and 2 sealed jars of honey (breakfast honey) and when we complained we were given a honey mustard sauce cooked on fire - hot!! as if the chef never heard of this sauce. The issue that topped everything else is the notion of "Adults pool"! we were thrilled to know when we arrived that they had an adult pool (the receptionist informed us) because we came to relax and drink. we were surprised that there were more kids in the adult pool than in the family pool jumping and screaming and no one did anything about it. not only that; every single rule of the pool was broken and no one addressed it: diving, jumping, swimming in cloths, cotton cloths...etc. and when we were having our drink on the edge of the pool, suddenly the rules had to be followed and we were asked to stop because there are kids (But there aren't supposed to be any kids in adult pool!)

Breakfast was very good and Tarek the Front office manager was always helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our requests and ensure we had all we needed and more!

Suggestion to have some or if not at least one wall decoration (canvas/photo frame) in the room.

The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and out of city location makes it an excellent choice for leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
