To be honest, the sun bothered me a little in the morning. The sun's rays were creeping into the room.

I liked the staff’s behavior, their quick response, and the quietness of the hotel. I also liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the furniture that was comfortable to look at.

For the weekend there were entertainment offerings for kids, jumping castles, trampoline, music, face painting, balloons, mascots. This really gave the stay an added special touch. Fantastic

Initially when I’ve checked in I was told that I can have early breakfast or on the go if needed. After 2 days when I was planing to have breakfast on the go as I needed to leave earlier I was told that it was not possible.

At night I switched the AC off and it made a noise then which was a little bit annoying when trying to sleep. The rooms could be more cosy and some furniture need an update.

The location next to the sea and beach is lovely and the pool area is well maintained and perfect to relax. Nice guys working at the pool. The room had a sea view that I enjoyed a lot. It’s very close to some sand dunes if you’d like to visit these during your stay. Helpful staff. various options at breakfast.

The first room we had was a paraplegic friendly room, meaning some amenities weren't ideal (the shower had no glass to prevent water spillage, the basin had no cabinet or countertop). The staff relocated us to another room, but there was a terrible smell from the drain in the second room.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The beach and pools were clean

Maybe need more privacy in family areas property The price of accommodation is high and needs to be reviewed and the amount reduced slightly

I would like to thanks for miss ANWAR the receptionist she was very kind and professional. And I liked the buffet but it needs more variety in the type of food. In general the stay was excellent

Too many people at the lunch buffet, there was no proper cooling in the dinning hall. Our chalet was good. Had no problems there. Staff was also helpful but it felt like at lunch buffet they were also struggling to cope with work pressure

The breakfast and the food they served in the main restaurant is not great, there more room for improvement.

The view and the beach was good, it is not far from the sand dunes. The swimming pool is clean and there are couple of swimming pools to choose from. They welcomed us with fruit basket and chocolates, we had the adjoining rooms and it smells good. Just be careful with jellyfish during warm weather. The Italian restaurant next to the pool has good food and good deals.
