Amazing! What a spectacular property. The hotel is big, clean and glamorous. The rooms are the same with everything you could want and more. We found the staff also to be exceptionally kind and welcoming, offer us late checkout and anything else we may need. Would love to come back and stay again

A charmingly quaint hotel, with an aesthetic design that exudes comfort and tranquility. The staff are friendly, courteous and maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Asanki at reception was amazingly fabulous. Surprisingly she remembered everything about me from my last stay and that made for that real " personal touch". She was real kind too by having my room ready in a few minutes, as well as gesturing me with a stylish classy executive room as an upgrade. The spa is also well designed to allow for that relaxed and blissful feel post treatments. The hotel is in a great central location with everything from convenience to attractions close by. Highly recomended.

Conveniently located and super clean this hotel is located a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15 minute walk to the Souq Waqif. Nice roof top pool where you can cool off. Also excellent buffet Indian dinner at the restaurant - half price on Friday nights. Lovely staff and great rooms.

Location was great. Walking distance to the museums and Souq Waqif. Hotel was impeccable especially their food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible and I am a peaky eater. Most importantly, the stuff were extremely polite. Yacine, the guy who handled my check in was awesome and especially Hajar, the young lady during dinner time at the restaurant was so radiant and helpful, a rarity in hospitality. Give both a raise. Overall though all stuff members were great and polite so they made my stay very pleasant. Room has all the amenities and the bathroom was spectacular. Waterfall shower, separate bath tab it was ideal after a hot day in Doha to return and relax. Bed king size was also great and had some of the best sleep ever there. And I am a light sleeper. If I had one complaint would be the pool opening hours. It is closed after 7 but I think it would be great when the sun goes down to relax at the pool. Overall will stay again!

Overall I enjoyed stay in this hotel, nothing negative point in my opinion.

It’s very flexible for the check-in time, I arrived between 7-8am and they let me check in without extra fee. Huge bedroom with luxury facilities, bedsheets & quilt, towels super clean. Bathroom has a nice design n very clean.

The staff are the best. They allow me to take shower after checkout. They provide me still water before mu flight and Mohamed even bought a juice for my baby. Mohamed was very kind and thoughtful with our needs. This is my favorite hotel in doha.

Start to finish a lovely experience. Lovely receptionist , Chaimd, gave us a lovely room. Fab bed and wonderful bathroom. Very quiet AC. Great breakfast and good value. The doorstaff especially Mohammed was very friendly as were all the staff. The pool on the too floor was really lovely to cool down

I didn’t like the Pillows, all of the pillows provided were uncomfortable and very soft. I wish that this issue gets resolved and gets checked by the management team.

Housekeeping - at times we did not receive what we asked for however, we did eventually get there. I think it was down to a language barrier.

Adelali was extremely helpful. He went over and above making us feel very welcome at the hotel. He provided us with a lot of information on how to get around and where to go. He was very knowledgeable about Qatar and the hotel itself. During breakfast, he made sure we had everything we needed on time. Location of the hotel was fantastic. One of our suitcases was damaged and the hotel staff allowed us to check video footage to ensure the damage was not done by the hotel. The hotel allowed us to check in very early in the morning but at a small fee.

Pool and space around it is a bit small. So, best to go in the morning when it’s not so busy.
