The buffet breakfast and dinner was ok. The dining area is beautiful etc but the food is not as good as at other hotels in Doha. I have probably stayed at most of them over the last 10 years.

The hotel is spectacular. the outdoor space pool/beach etc is great and having a room with a balcony makes a difference when you're there for work for a few days.

We were asked to leave the hotel on short notice, after 7 out of our 10-day stay, because an international delegation was coming. Even if we were offered similar conditions at another 5-star hotel, it was not the same as at Sheraton, because an important thing was missing there: high class.

The hotel is excellent from all points of view: location, services, facilities and atmosphere. We frequently travel all over the world and have seen many accommodations, but this hotel is by far the best we have ever stayed in.

We couldn't get the two rooms connected, which was a big hassle since our idea was to have our three kids in one room with the baby monitors (as we do at home) and be right next door through the connecting door. It wasn't given to us. It was requested at the booking and stated that it'd depend on availability. I think that was a mistake on their part. It should have been given as a pariority, not only for ourselves but for other guests who may have been in the rooms next to ours (noisier) than if only one room was bothered by "kids next door"

I didn’t like having to be tagged to use the outside area, even when I just wanted to go for a walk or drink, I have to say this really annoyed me.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was a little tired but comfortable. Food was all very good I ate at the Irish pub, the atrium, the pool side bar and the Indian restaurant. We stayed on the 8th floor and the view was excellent and it was nice having a balcony.

The prices are expensive. Doesn't work with booking genius 2 or 3 offers. The bed is not comfortable and has been used a lot. Need to change the mattress.

Everything from the check in till check out was perfect. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shevali and then directed to Aruzhan who send personalized welcome letter to my room, which was very nice to receive. Then Mr. Jaskirat called me to ensure that I like the room and if AC was working properly (last time when I stayed in this property AC had some issues & they still remembered that!). Trough out the stay I was greeted everywhere with smiles & even thou I stayed alone, I felt very comfortable there. Again thank you Aruzhan, Jaskirat, Shefali & others who made my stay amazing.
