Noisy room, needs sound proofing. Could hear banging from building works upstairs in the day time, aswell as cleaners talking loud and other guests on the corridors. Heard other guests talking loudly at 3am. No windows to open to ventilate room.

Clean room. Choice of smoking or non smoking. Great breakfast. Long length roof top pool. Good value room service prices. Friendly staff.

What a bad reception manager or staff for not answering my request after calling for several times, i even have to call and talk to the room service staff to forward my request in the reception. Yet other rooms were given special preferences by the reception It seems the reception manager or staff have racial preferences with their service. The fire alarm got triggered thrice for no reason at all, one alarm was triggered at 3am. Perfect isn’t it.

I admire how the valet, security and room assistant staffs helped me from drop off to the hotel room with my luggage. The breakfast buffet was great, the food is fresh and delicious. The waitress did the good job for assisting me.

i didnt like the location, the environment. Nothing at all. there were flys everywhere and it was very hot the last day because of the AC issue and it took them like 7 hours to fix it. the construction very poorly built. i can hear the sound of the window cracking. i can hear the people next door. everything was bad

I found a bag in one of the drawers left by the previous guest Also in the bathroom there was a cleaning towel left on the bathtub The mobile coverage was so weak

unfortunately very bad experience.. there was kids plying in hallway in the floor i was and the room next to me were very loud and noisy, the kids were up and playing until 4 am and pressing on the fire alarm and the lights in all rooms flashes all the time! i complained many times, so did some other residents from other rooms and the hotel manager excuse was that it is a big family who booked 9 rooms in the same floor i am in. he talked to them to reduce the noise but unfortunately same issue kept happening during the whole 3 nights of my stay. he could not move us to another room in a different floor because the hotel was fully booked. very very bad and unacceptable experience, i left the hotel and booked at another hotel after the 3rd night because I already paid for it.

When I book on booking.com, I had made the selection as 2 adult, 2 children, 1 room including breakfast.But when I came to frontdesk of this hotel, they told me paying extra for one of my children breakfast. I will not be poor when I pay 50 or 60 riyal for extra or I will not be rich when I dont pay extra 50 -60 riyal. But after making agreement on everythink via booking.com and than paying extra is not fair. I have objection on this topic and I dont care the apology by hotel staff saying that it is a problem with booking.com.Of course They can write as minor explanation on reservation detail that the total price is exluding the breakfast payment above 7 years old children. But I am making my selection with entering children ages and requesting brekfast for everybody. What does the hotel expect for my child breakfast?? We will have brekfast and she will look us???

When I was trying to sleep after long day I got pited on the BED by weird an insect on my chest and neck and it was painful, also it was marked for a week. On the midnight I called the reception and they offer to me other room and free breakfast. The funniest thing when I had the breakfast I killed a mosquito. The manager was apologising but they must look after hygiene.

It seems the hotel is new and the room + the washroom size is good.
