We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were with another family who purchased breakfast when checking in. Every morning, they have to wait for a minute or two before entering the breakfast area so that the staff can confirm their room number and that was unpleasant.
Breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was fantastic.

I told him stop telling my kids not to have fun I paid good money to stay here to use the pool

United Arab EmiratesWifi was not the greatest. It wouldn't connect very quickly and the speed is too slow to stream even a 1080p video on youtube. Also, some weird noises would come from the window in the room as if stones were being thrown on the window. Eventually got used to it, but is weird when you first hear it.
Excellent hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect at the hotel. Valet parking is great and quick. Parking is available for free in the basement as well. Staff are prompt and very courteous. Rooms are superb and probably the best available in Doha currently. Food is also great and the service levels of the staff in the hotel is great. Heated toilet seats!!
