QatarIt was a nice location, beach, pool, gym and architecture. Average garden and space to hang around, inside the premises. Family friendly with sports activities but no kids club as such. Breakfast was average when it comes to number of options available, lot to improve. The long way from kitchen to serving area has added lot of inefficiency to the operation. Rooms were spacious and clean, but common areas of the building (6) were not. Enough parking space available inside the premises but floor markings for parking are not in correct dimensions (Shaded parking).Very hard to open the doors. Check in and out process was very quick.

Saudi ArabiaHonestly, the resort is rated five stars, but the reality is completely different. From the moment you walk in, the place smells terrible, especially in the hallways and near the rooms. This is mainly because people hang their clothes to dry everywhere and because towel carts are scattered all over the corridors. The resort hasn’t done anything to fix this issue. The room? You literally have to push the door with force just to get in! There are no water activities at all, and both the restaurant and café are in a horrible state—the furniture looks ancient. The building’s interior is in poor condition, and it’s clear that maintenance is severely lacking. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and rough due to excessive use and washing. The towels are not clean at all, and some even have visible stains! As for reception service, it’s a disaster! If you need anything, be prepared to wait an hour. Every time you call, the line is busy, and this happened multiple times throughout our stay. The only redeeming quality of this place is the employee Ronaldo—his service was excellent, and he was very professional. Honestly, this was a terrible experience, and I will never repeat it!

QatarGiven the good value, I am loathe to be picky, but the breakfast was a little basic, and It appears that while parts of the resort have been upgraded, others do need some renovation. Neighbouring room ACs were a little noisy, but I got used to it.
Very welcoming staff. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very well equipped, including a jacuzzi bathtub. The gym area was well equipped with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi options. Late checkout was granted. Nice to have a beach. But above all, it was very good value for money. I would come again.
