Overall experience was satisfactory, there were certain aspects of the stay that left me disappointed. One of the major letdowns was the limited access to the swimming pool and beach, which was not communicated to me during the booking process. Firstly, the timing for accessing the swimming pool was inconvenient. I expected to be able to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time during my stay, but to my surprise, the pool had restricted hours. This limitation made it difficult to plan my day and enjoy the facilities at my convenience. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed me about these restrictions prior to my arrival so that I could have made an informed decision. Similarly, the beach access was also restricted. I was looking forward to soaking up the sun and taking leisurely walks along the shore. However, I was disappointed to find out that access to the beach was prohibited after 6:00 PM. This restriction seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for those who enjoy the tranquility of the beach during the evening hours

I like the pool but what i didn't like is the timing of beach swimming, it is hot and 6 pm is too early to stop swimming, it will be funny if you provide sort of entertainment on the beach and guests enjoy swimming by nignt

Not much to do at night after swimming it gets boring at least have a cafe open that is somewhat cheaper or some disco songs on also i didnt like that the beach was closed at night since i was most excited to chill by the beach at night so :(

Although the floor of the room was clean but I didn.t like the ceramic floor because was very hard. The beds were small. The coffee machine was not always there although it should be available.

The property was of great location by the see and has a very good swimming pool, wide and variable. The breakfast was of great deal. the staff were funny.

-Beach shades and sun beds are very limited -The place needs more bars to provided water and soft drinks around pool and beach area - having to go through the building to reach the beach or pool is a hassle - request for baby cot for 2 rooms was neglected - request for high level floor rooms was neglected

Room selection was not a quick process Access to the building and beach side was not easy and some of my requests was neglected I had 2 rooms with kids for which we requested 2 kid cot However they were not provided for the whole stay Pool opens at 9 am yet until 9:20 am no towels or shades were provided to us And cleaning the pool was still in progress until 9:30 am The place was fine yet the operation can be enhanced a bit more since the place has so much potential and the staff are so friendly and helpful

Room furniture is bad. It is office like...not in sync with rest of the resort theme. I was disappointed when i saw that after all this great place, excellent looking reception, hallways...etc., I see that the furniture of the room looks like a cheap office! However, that didn't ruin our t vacation by anyways. I would only like management to take the decision and use an interior designer to come up with something worth it. Also, food in breakfast and dinner needs another look.

View from my room was the base of my satisfaction of the resort. I took the panorama suite which had an excellent 180 view of sea...with total privacy. The staff were superior in politeness and help. Mr. Mohammed Sayed (reception manager of the hotel) draw an example of great customer service. He made a difference. The seating near the pool facing the sea was excellent. Me and my wife had a great time there, with refreshments and good quite atmosphere.
