The pillows were uncomfortable for me.

Quick check-in and check-out. The room was spacious with a nice design and lovely amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary. The balcony was spacious and offered nice views. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the family loved it.

Cleanliness and literarily all staff was amazing

Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location, really enjoyed my stay. Tried to extend for another night, but it was fully booked, which shows its popularity. Prices are high, but they seem to be in line with most hotels in Qatar during Eid. The location is somewhat far from lively areas, and there was some work going on outside. I might consider staying here again in the future

We have spent a great time there with great views and well equipped apartment, modern, elegant, clean rooms and enough space. The staff were friendly and helpful the swimming pool was great with nice views and a great design for sitting area. I do appreciate all team there for their services. Regarding the breakfast it be better if more options added with more variety. One comment related to the car valet need to mire care to drive with low speed and careful. Thank you again for the receptionist for their support and kindness. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the team members — from the porters to the spa and pool staff — for their outstanding hospitality. A special thanks goes to Hajar and the entire reception team, as well as Mary from the spa, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing to complain about, but just an observation. The hotel is pretty new , so we had some issues with non functional aspects in our room. The reception staff were really considerate and we could change room on the 3rd day of our stay. We got an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. We got other bonuses as well. Thank you very much for that. The whole area is under construction, så it can get a bit noizy. Easily solved with earplugs. I don't like the fact that there are surveillance cameras at the swimming pool area! but it seems that's how it works overthere.

Very nice and elegant hotel with amazing facilities. Very good combination choice for  being in your own apartment with a fully funktional kitchen and hotelservice.  The staff hospitality and welcoming was the most valuable. It felt that everyone was genuinely caring and  considerate. When I say everyone I really mean it , that's why i don't want to mention names and functions. We wished we could have stayed longer :-) We will definitely consider staying there again if we revisit Doha.

There was nothing I didn't like; everything exceeded my expectations. The service, the room, and the facilities were all fantastic.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is new, and the room was spacious and spotless. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the staff was amazing. The view from the room was absolutely wonderful. Definitely the best hotel in Doha!

Excellent hotel and true 5 star service. The facilities, room, spa and gym are excellent. The restaurant-we had breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Ever so slightly out of reach from metro station of Lusail north, mainly because of ongoing roadwork and the surrounding area still a building site.

The clearness of the property, spacious rooms, exquisite dining experience, fully equipped gym, location close to the beach and above all the friendly joyful and helpful staff they made the best of it. I have to thank the following staff members as they have made this experience unforgettable, restaurant server Nitesh (he will provide you with excellent food choices based on your food requirements) the chef Enad his dishes are out of this world, the receptionists: Sohaib and Dilumi very friendly and attentive, they will always provide you with amazing places to visit and CAF cafe barista Ion friendly and attentive, that always serve you with joy and with a good chat, they are simply amazing, will definitely come back to see them again.

- Very slow internet WI-FI - Doors handles have sharp edges it is possible you get scratched while moving around specially in bathroom. - Swimming pool has lots of sharp edges and sharp corners which is not safe easy to get injured specially for children.

Location, but well served by taxis. Car rentals are also a great, cheap option.

My only complaint with the hotel would be its location- most spots are about 25-30 mins drive away- but the hotel can organise a car rental, and well-served by taxis (Uber, etc.) Special shout out to Hajar at reception, who greatly assisted with a much earlier check-in recognizing that we were travelling with young kids. Exemplary customer service, top notch cleanliness, and a hotel I will certainly stay again at if I were to ever visit Doha again. A final shout out to Carl- who of course is a man of authority within the property- and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Think we bonded over our Northern English accents (he may disagree as he is a proud Peaky Blinder). My 9 year old called him 'the best CEO ever'- as he was sold over a couple of free jelly bean jars :). Carl made sure that this would be a very memorable trip for us for a very long time to come.
