The place is noisy, there is no comfort When ordering a car, the car was not available at the time requested. I will not recommend the place and will not book again

. Whilst the setting was amazing unfortunately our stay was disappointing and not as good as our previous stay. There was a large party of people who booked almost all the tables at dinner and we were told there wasn’t a table for us, thankfully a table was found but the large group didn’t use the tables they had reserved instead taking up the seating around the fire pit rendering the whole area for themselves as the tables were kept as reserved. At breakfast the staff seemed overwhelmed as a large part of the group arrived around the same time as us, leading to part of our breakfast being forgotten. Whilst I understand they are paying customers, so were we and our relaxing break was spoilt by having such a large group of people (one of the staff told us they had booked 16 out of the 21 villas)occupy so much of the resort. We felt like we were invisible to the staff.

The concept of the tents and the pool is really lovely. The location is great for a proper desert camping luxury experience.

Hotel front desk service was poor , don’t always link up phone , and front desk management was not supportive for requests, can’t sleep well from the noises in the night from baggies surroundings the resort from 11:00 Pm until 6:0 Am the noises never stop , also it was cold weather we asked for heater and the one they provided was poooor quality we were about to be on fire but thanks god we realized and closed it , it was going to be a disaster that night , and after complain the front seat manager said this is normal !! omg can’t believe the experience with this resort management

Lots of things, firstly the pool had very high chlorine that we couldn’t even stay in the pool for 5 mins. We did inform the staff but nothing had changed. And the bed was so uncomfortable that we all backache. Never going back there.

There is no much facilities, very limited Next day from our stay we found big dead lizard in the pool which destroy the enjoyment of using the swimming pool by all of us !!! Too disappointing! The desert activates are over priced With such amount of money I paid it should full board ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) We tried the room serves food, there was no taste at all

On the day we check-out ,the staff called us to the room almost 1 hour before check-out time to ask what time are we going to check out. It’s my first time experiencing this and I was surprised.If the check-out time in BOOKING.com is not match to the actual check-out time ,the staff should inform us when we were check-in ,not just called and chased us out of the room. Sorry to giving you a honest feedback but I feel offended by how the staff treated us.

I lost an item and they could not found it or return it back to me. There was a crowd of non residents which made the restaurant tent inconvenient!

The manager of the restaurant was VERY Rude ! In the middle of our conversation he left us ! The room service dinner was late for 2 hours !! And after that I had a terrible food poisoning!

I disliked the food when it arrived they always brought it cold and they blamed it on us not hearing the door .. you can call u you because there are no bells .. the pool was filled with insects at night time .. so yall a solution for that

The walls are not sound proof so I could not sleep all night because of the insect sound, and the roof lets the sun go throw, there is flies all over the villa

The stuff were amazing, villa is so clean and have all what we needed, the pool size is perfect, the privacy 👌🏼, the coffee was delicious and the food in general as well, the cinema was nice

1 poor lady serving 10 people at restoraunt. long waiting time for food. breakfast was very average. not much choice at all. pool was very cold although we asked to turn on the heater 1 hour prior to our arrival. menu sheet was dirty and wrinkled.

we got complimentary upgrade and late check out at 2 pm. very stylish place and everything is new.

The staff are very rude and unwilling to help. Everything is considered as extra charge even basic hotel resources such extra pillow or extra blanket. They don't even have a baby crip. The hotel is in the middle of the desert which requires assistance of a guide to reach the hotel, this guide is only provided for 1 car and an extra change is accounted for an extra guide at a different time (If a family member is coming in a separate car and at a different time). The hotel needs to work a lot on improving their customer service..

The tent consists of windows and its roof is made against water, and a very mixed sound appears, knowing that the State of Qatar is almost Every weekend there is a strong air warning, but in our camps we put the tent made in Kuwait. However, there is strong air, but the sounds that were present do not appear. I could not sleep. And I got out of the resort and I did not sleep a single minute. It was the worst experience for me. Also, in the ceiling of the tent there are two small windows without curtains, and I cannot cover them from the sun, but all that annoys me is the sound comes from the roof and i took video of this thing.. my advice to build the roof with wood and put the waterproof thing above so it will look like a tent because every year I sleep in the tent in our camp and the wind dont do that to the kuwaiti tents the name of it ( subahiya )
