I recently stayed at LTX Hotel and was disappointed with the service. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed indifferent to our needs. When we faced issues with our room, the response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, I didn't enjoy my time there due to the poor treatment we received. I hope they improve their customer service for future guests.

Check-in process took forever. We were standing at the door while the staff take about 10 minutes to finish a person. Let alone the personal chitchat.

Housekeeping team was not efficient , they only clean up the room properly on the first day, after that we had to beg for them to come and clean the room. On the last day they did not vacuum the room properly.

I was waiting for 3 hours for check in, the staff were unprofessional at all asking to wait for longer time, I arrived at 3:00 and checked in at 6:00 the staff did not even offer welcoming drinks or any thing.

The staff!!! First the staff and call center are NOT aligned on anything whether the room have sofa bed in junior seat or not as well as corporate discounts. The Staff especially check in desk have major attitude issues they were so rude and not cooperative at all. They made me hate the hotel very much and will for sure not stay in it again

Very Late check in , it took 1 h to give us the room . Staff do not have experience to deal with such situation, even to compensation like late check out or upgrade. Or complementary food/drinks to the room . All closet get stuck with ur clothes inside and need to call someone to open closet . Service very slow even when called reception as emergency to send someone to get our clothes out to go to event it takes long time to send someone. Stuff and manager layers they said room not ready coz it is not clean and where calling cleaners in front of us many time to ask if room cleaning over or not and they keep postponing. Then manager come said they did not gave us the room dye yo technique issues. Something mot accepted at all . To be honest this is cannot be a level of 5 star hotel. Very disappointed and not recommended for stay over night even for 1 day

Way and attitude of staff , unhospitality , unprofessional specialy reception staff who doesn't have a basic of communocation as receptionist, and if you have any conflict with receptionist all the staff will treat you by the same way ... No hosekeeping visiting the room 3 days only one time they called while family sleeping and 2nd time last day when i complain otherwise even you request them no answer...

Cleaning the room was not good they just fix the bed. Other thengs are just placed the same. Kitchen cleaning for the sink' plates and spoons the stove wan not cleaned properly. They dont have a breakfast buffet only main dining and a expensive
