Restaurant b-lounge is excellent. The recent upgrades to the beach are excellent.

Staff (though very nice and happy to help) were sometimes too polite, which sounds strange but sometimes they would ask too often is there anything they can do and slightly unnecessarily come over to you at the pool and beach. This sounds like a strange critique but we haven’t experienced this, arguably, “extreme” level of customer service at other similar 5* hotels. Vegetarian food at dinner was average. Should have more choice. Beach could get loud with construction noise.

I liked the hotel, the staff, the spa, and amenities of the hotel. The place has an indoor swimming pool as well. I had the best stay organized by Aya, the guest relations manager who handled my spa appointment and my 70-year old mother needs.

The elevator's a bit noisy near the bedroom, but that's it.

The upgrade was completed, and everything was in place for a comfortable experience. The staff provided exceptional service. The food and ambiance were both excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was a fire drill at 8 in the morning that lasted for 2-3 hours. We could not sleep and it was a horrible experience because the alarm did not stop for the entire time.

The location, the facility and the staff were amazing.

- noises from the constructors at the beach. Noises are coming not from hotel but still it influences whole experience. Although they were doing its best covering noise with music still you couldn’t relax. It was also difficult to take pictures as area around is not helping.

Beautiful rooms, lobby, restaurant and facilities. Every breakfast was insane, so many options! The eggs Benedict / royale items from the menu were great but the options in the buffet will take your breath away. The gym & spa services were great too. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, particular thanks to Fadila, Shaka, Allen at the front desk and Julius at the entrance for always greeting us with a smile.

This five star hotel is a gem to be treasured.It is manned by the exceptional ladies and gentlemen ( the staff)who thrive in their relationship with their clients.From the meet and greet staff,the housekeepers,the masseuses,and the catering staff and the dining experience waiters and waitresses I salute them all.Many,many thanks from my wife and I for an experience that may not be replicated,unless of course we return.
