There was nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect.

Charles at the front door greeted us with a smile on his face and helped us With a taxi.He remembered our names and always greeted us. Ratul was in Charged of our room and he was so kind and sweet. The best service ever .

Very minor thing is the fridge doesn’t work a well as we would have liked.

The staff here can’t do enough to help you. Right from stepping out the car to the moment you leave, they really look after you. Can’t fault them. Bedrooms were really comfy and our room was made available early after our flight. Spa facilities are great. A buggy takes you to the beach. Pools on the resort provide complimentary water and watermelon juice alongside sun lotion.

They seaweed in the beach that we have to step on all the time , it always feels very slimy, and the construction site by the beach made us want to stay by the pool more.

The staff were extra nice, the room was spacious clean and comfortable, the breakfast at the hotel is top notch ! I would definitely come back here for a good weekend. They also have an indoor pool if it was too hot outside. Small animal farm for the kids to have some fun time and buggies that take you to the beach side are always available.

We’ve been there during Ramadan and the meals were the same every evening. Not very much variety. Sometimes we didn’t get a table because it was full with external guests. We had the opportunity to eat in another restaurant in the hotel then.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful "journey and story" you gave me in your location. I felt extraordinary and spoiled, especially on my birthday. I felt like I was in a family, and you are wonderful people with impeccable service from all points of view and all the employees. You made my stay excellent, and I didn't feel lonely even though I spent almost two weeks alone with you. Once again, thank you for the hospitality, surprises, services, drinks, and food; everything was superb and perfected in the highest detail. In particular, I would like to thank the staff of Habanos bar, Sam, Muhamad, Ben, and Anwar, who made me feel excellent and exceptional every evening on the bar terrace. You guys are my friends now. Rooms Furnitures and decorations are not with standards of the Ritz Carleton hotels. Rooms toilets place is very small and Hardley accommodate normally built person Room balcony is not what you see in the pictures.

the pool and the beach were excellent well maintained. breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. staff all over the hotel were amazing they will be more than happy to serve you at all times.

The rooms are not soundproof, i could hear conversations from next room … the level of noise from the side and top rooms at night was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location. The food was exquisite, but what truly sets the atmosphere of the entire RCH is the wonderful, mindful, and incredibly helpful service. I am grateful and overjoyed to have come across Miss Houda and Miss Linette (concierge), who made me feel like I was on a wonderful honeymoon during this trip! We will definitely be back soon with friends. It's worthy experiencing a stay at this hotel!
