    The room material is not good, and it cause a lot of noise. using the wood as floor material made it look lower grade of room, it should Carpet to reduce the noise. the room and hotel all in all service is lower grade and should be 4 stars. i visited the same hotel two time before in past 20 years. it was much better. I didn’t like my stay and I don’t think it will an option when I visit Doha again.

    the service was abysmal. I’ve never seen or experienced such slow service in my entire life. Nothing was on point! When you sit down to have dinner or lunch, you would expect the basics to be ready on the table for example, salt, and pepper. You shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get them while your meal has already arrived. moreover, I still give it a chance I’m about to check out I ordered a meal and after 20 minutes, they manage to tell me that they were out of foie gras!! 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! I have to drop my earring and it landed under the bed. Once I looked under the bed and I saw the amount of dust and dirt and fluff. I was absolutely disgusted. ! The room balcony looks like a jail literally.

    staff in swimming pool and the swimming pool itself unfortunately the pictures in net gives different impression as looks more big and wide area while it is not

    Only one choice of restaurant which was extremely slow on full board package. Passive aggressive manager on checkout. Lack of acknowledgment to our negative feedback. Expensive. Dangerous layout around pool - trip hazards around tree bases. Daughter hurt herself and two people broke their shoes tripping on them too.

    Breakfast was a nice choice. Generally Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Clean indoors.

    - Variety of Resturants and facilities - no bar in the hotel - mini bar was empty nothing in the fridge! - all resturants closes at 12am including lobby! - seems that the hotel is old - you are not allowed to sit in the lobby with shorts! its a resort!!! - rate was high compare to other 5 starts with much more variety of things to do in the hotel, colleagues stayed in Inter.con Doha, regret not joining then since it was much more lively and vibrant - all rooms ally are facing an open doom on the lobby which is very nosey - security personnel are very rude, i was asked to leave the lobby since i was wearing a short and just wanted to have coffee and a snack so had to order it to go.

    Just the brand name and fact that they serve breakfast until late as 11am balcony in the room was good for smoking guests

    pool full of bugs - ended up with so many bites asked for a charger almost fighting, staying in Amiri suit, requested for an iPhone charger and they kept insisting to come down to reception to charge it, took 3 calls, almost destroyed evening and angry customer for them to bring it to the room check in time took more than an hour, even though we arrived after 3pm if you value your time and want to enjoy the weekend Ritz in Doha not the place for you

    the duty manager was so rude, they are not professional.. I canceled my booking and moved to another hotel , although i was there for 2 days trip only.. they left my luggage at the entrance for 6 hours just because i have bukhor inside my luggage, they wanted my friend to open my luggage in the lobby to take out the bukhor , i have medicine and creams inside the bag

    Disappointed that this was my experience of A Ritz carlton hotel - much improvement needed

    The hotel facilities were all very limited. They have a policy for children at the restaurants which was not stated on their website - travelling with an infant meant we were confined to eating in the room or before 9pm in the only one restaurant we were allowed in. There was also a private event in Sel & Mel which meant it was closed for the whole duration of the stay. Given we had booked the hotel for the restaurant options this was extremely disappointing and didnt feel like we were able to utilise the facilities we had paid so much for. The staff generally didnt have a clue about tourist activities or what would be open/how we’d get there. The concierge desk was constantly unmanned, although i had a contact who had spoken to me previously, Michael, who ensured i was helped as much as possible. The only time i saw staff being friendly or pleasant was after i complained to the hotel manager about the poor stay we were experiencing

    The room - good size, bed was very comfortable and bathroom facilities were good. Toiletries were replaced adequately (although towels sometimes not) but generally the room was very comfortable

    Staff are unhelpful. After staying in the hotel, I am still waiting my deposit refund. I was assured by the hotel that the deposit would be refunded within 21 days however it has now been over 7 weeks. I am constantly ringing the hotel and chasing to get the money back. It is ridiculous,the service I have received has been nowhere close to 5 stars.

    The staff were extremely friendly. The hospitality was in the highest level.They we’re calling and checking on us in daily basis. We stayed really happy with my husband and we definitely will get back soon 😊

    the electric connection is so weak I couldn’t charge my phones I had to take them to the recaption to be charged - I wanted to sleep at morning kids were running in the corridors and I could hear them and I called the reception no one came to shut them down.. it wasn’t comfortable and I could hear anything that is happening outside people slamming the doors people walking around people taking .. how. can I sleep ?? I didn’t like it at all ..
