The smoking lounges on the lobby level are open and the odour/pollution tends to linger and spread throughout an otherwise wonderfully designed and structured reception level. Traveling with children and bearing in mind it is 2024 this does bring a cheap malodorous spoiler to what should be a sophisticated and luxurious experience.

The staff were amazing, the personalised service and care we were shown made it a memorable experience. Loved the free butler service and the food at breakfast and room service/poolside restaurant was of a very high standard.

While we were there in early October ( NOT the hottest time of year), the daytime sun was naturally still strong and we struggled at times to find poolside shaded areas. Increasing the number of shaded items would be helpful. Also, having shade sails across part of the pool would make the pool more "user-friendly" to cut down on the strong sun while swimming.

The room facilities and size were excellent, a comfortable bed, air-conditioning that was adjustable. Breakfast was excellent, so many top quality choices and helpful, friendly staff. The overall quality of the hotel was top class, the fittings & decor' really made a good impression. Having direct access to the private ocean beach was a bonus also.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable and the the facilities within the hotel were sublime. The breakfast was so vast and expansive, I wish I had a few more days to try out all the variety! The location was so convenient and the hotel itself is beautiful, inside and out, with staff's personalities to match! The pool facilities were great - I could spend all day there!

The hotel is quiet luxurious, the check-in was supported by Ayman who was fast , professional and helpful in providing a room that matched our expectations . Something was very unique in this hotel when the staff makes you feel special , they remember your name among hundreds of guests , always keeping a smile and let me try to help you attitude. Mr Kazi & Maged were just above expectations as they have created an atmosphere with some secrets with the kids that make them just LOVE the place . Breakfast , swimming, beach were just great Thanks again for making my family stay just memorable
