PhilippinesMinor observations during our stay, there is a not so desirable smell near the ground floor elevator. maybe because of the water in the fountain something. It just didn't smell nice.
The property has surprised us from the size of the room, amenities inside, to sumptous breakfast with many choices of foods and etc. Pool was good & safe and our son enjoyed it a lot. Superb thai food in Sabai Thai. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Location is very central and has neighboring restaurants and food market (walkable areas). Overall, it has exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a wonderful eid staycation experience.

KuwaitI asked for a twin bedroom, yet they didn’t give me a room for two.. and when I asked them again they told me to pack my bags for moving to the new room but when I packed my bags and called them they said no we dont have a room.. Another thing is that there is a chlorine smell in the hallways that is not good

Saudi ArabiaGiven the inconvenience caused by the delays, I expected a higher level of service from a hotel with considerable industry experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s only response was a brief, impersonal apology through the app’s chat feature.
There were significant delays during the check-in process. After waiting for an hour, they finally managed to provide me with one room, but requested additional time to prepare the other room. Despite giving them more time and even leaving for three hours, I returned to find that they still hadn’t prepared an acceptable room. The room they offered smelled very bad, and they needed nearly another hour to arrange a replacement.
