High tech luxurious rooms, great size swimming pool and what a location. It has an attached mall which is of great convenience. The breakfast was great and the staff were polite. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommended

Everything accept there was kind of a smell in the room after we stay one day. When they checked the guy who came see what was that smell it was a sewer smell that they connect the aircondition water to the sewer which is kind of smart and at the same time not good the guy said it get better in a day so I call the reception they got us new room which was nice of them. Other then that the people were great from the door man’s and the stafff of restaurant and reception everyone was polite and great. Thank to all

Entrance and lobby are very small and not luxury. Breakfast was below expectation and very small. When you come in last hour of the breakfast you will not find anything to eat. Room was not sound proof. You can hear the cars sounds very loud at night although streets around the hotel is not crowded and few cars are there but still can hear them. When we reach the room the AC was at max temperature 19 with highest fan in December?! It took 24 hours till the room comes warm again.

Price is good. Room decoration is very nice.

None, everything was amazing!

Room service was amazing. Food comes to the room in a warming drawer on a cart for easy transportation. The front desk was prompt answering the phone and ensured we were comfortable with the room and amenities. Room had a shower and soaking tub separate from the toilet and bidet. Automatic buttons to control lighting and curtains were located on both sides of the bed. Two free water bottles daily. It is a dry hotel but they had information about where to buy alcohol if clients were interested. They also have direct access to the mall.

The ceiling lights in my room malfunctioned and weren’t closing, I called for it to get fixed and it took 5-6 calls for someone to answer, and it also took too long for someone to come fix it. But once they arrived they fixed it quite fast.

Loved the location it was close to most of the best places in Doha, the hotel staff were very respectful and the service was excellent, the room is very spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious with various options.

There was some noise from the cars, and also noise from the adjacent rooms. Also, I did not like the policy of entry at 3:00. It should be from 12:00. The lobby is not nice, it should be changed and arranged in a better way

My only recommendations are to provide a range of pillows and blankets to the guests (lighter option since the one in the room were heavy and big)

Location is superb! Most of the attractions are close to the hotel. Spacious room. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel is very family friendly The Lebanese chef (lady) was very helpful and paid attention to our orders The hotel is connected to a 24/7 Hypermarket and a restaurant
