The smell from camels at night The pool wasnt clean there were straws and papers in it Baby crib safety bumper and blanket isn’t available First floor has a kids zone which was dirty and not safe a lot of things were broken

They have upgraded our room to suite 😌 We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the place and the breakfast. I tried their spa for a message and Joury was so professional and released my neck pain this was the best part of the resort thank you Joury i highly recommend her😍

Every additional facility was charged like Snooker, kids playing area, SPA etc. Resort could have made these facility included.

An outdoor play area for kids with some swings, slides, see saws etc. was a major missing. The indoor play area also seems to be one for name sake with very less attractive options for kids.

The room was good, neat and tidy. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was good; but could have been made a bit better with a better spread and more options.

The air in that area carries a distinct scent, reminiscent of being near a zoo or a location with camels or sheep. The lazy pool river appeared somewhat unclean. Breakfast options were limited, though this was understandable given that it was Ramadan.

The room was excellent—spacious and well-appointed. It was slightly dusty, likely due to the windy conditions, but nothing major. The pool was temperature-controlled and impressively large!

We love the place. Its a different view outside the city. Pool is wide. Thankful that our room was upgraded to poolview. We will definitely comeback.

We paid 125 riyals per person for dinner and it was a disappointment. The dinner was poor, it was supposed to be the best meal of the day.

The hotel location is beautiful, the green area is wonderful, and the most beautiful thing is the swimming pool. The staff is nice, and the breakfast is good.

I did not like the fact that I and my husband wanted a king side bed however there were only two twin beds which were joined together. I would suggest for them to at least king-size or queen size beds for people booking as couples. We were extremely disappointed by the service offered by the receptionist Carolyne, she had a straight face on several occasions and did not have any customer oriented service in her. The other lady seated next to her and the other stuff were extremely amazing and beautiful. I believe for someone being on the reception should be warm, welcoming and have a great service.

The property is great for a nice get away, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff at the buffet were amazing.

Everything is beautiful, tidy, pool addition and good eating 👍 but which disturbs the sound of flight very strong and the smell of sheep but not bad smell and not strong but the inconvenience of the sound of aircraft is very strong

All hotel staff are excellent, especially for the pool controller, as well as water cleanliness.

Distance to downtown is almost half an hour

Myself and my family stayed for a night and it was very exceptional. I wish we stayed for more than a night because the environment was amazing and provided us some relaxation during the school short holiday.
