We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesMy only feedback is the rooms are not soundproof which was quite annoying. I kept getting woken up by children running around screaming in the corridors. I expected it to be quieter since the rooms are advertised as soundproof. Their fire alarms also started ringing at 9AM on the 1st of January which was quite annoying. They said somebody was smoking in their room but it ended up happening again at 11 and midday.
The location was perfect and the hotel was lovely. I loved my room, the hotel was beautiful, very neat and clean. The hotel is in the cutest street with cafes and restaurants. I took the package with breakfast but only had breakfast at the hotel once. It was a normal breakfast, nice enough but quite crowded. I would recommend going down to West Walk for breakfast. It’s also beautiful at night. I wanted to go for a massage but they were quite expensive 500-700 QAR but that’s fine. The staff was incredible. Everyone was nice and helpful whenever I needed help. They have valet and basement parking. I loved it, recommend it to all my friends and would definitely stay there again if I go back to Qatar.
