I stayed with my family,Absolutely brillianit hotel. From check in to check out no hassle at all. The room size, comfort level, facilities, location everything was exceptionally good, didn’t try the restaurant food so can’t comment on that. Hotel is hardly 15 mins drive from Doha Hammad Int’l Airport, close to the corniche and souq waqif. We very much enjoyed the stay, there is no doubt that this hotel will be my 1st choice when ever I visit Doha again.

For the value of money it got to be 10/10. Nice hotel, spacious l, clean rooms. It has a restaurant so it was very convenient to have late dinner after the flight (I attach the menu/prices)

I didn't like the view from the window overlooking a huge wall, maybe there are rooms with nicer views.

I stayed one night between my flights. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet. The reception staff nice and helpful. I had breakfast included in the price but I had to check out early, I was offered a take away breakfast.

We booked room in this hotel for few hours nap as had transfer in Doha between different flights. When we booked the room I immediately contacted to the hotel and asked whether I can pay with cash in US dollars (I did not have credit card at that moment). They confirm that it is OK and they accept only notes of 100$ and higher (my room was 50$). I assumed that we will receive a change. When we came (around 1AM at night with my husband and 1-year baby) to the hotel, employee said that we can pay only with US dollar note issued in 2017 or later. So, we spent 10 minutes trying to find such note in our wallets. After that he said that can give us a change only in Qatar rials. I said that I do not need this currency because I am here for 4 hours to sleep and then I will go home. At the same time I had 50$ and could pay the room without any change. He said that it is not possible- it is difficult for them to sell 50$ and they do not have 50$ to give me the change. For me it seems like the hotel is buying US dollars in such manner. It is very strange- why should I spend time to find specific note in a deep night with small baby on my hands and finally pay 100$? Why when we was in airport we had opportunity to exchange even 10$ for taxi but the hotel told that it is very difficult? What would be if I did not find the note on 2017 year issuance? I would stay outside for the night? Why nobody told me about such rules in advance when I contacted to hotel before coming? If so i had opportunity to exchange money in the airport and pay in Qatar rials…

Great Customer Service and value for money! Hotel is conveninently located very close to the airport, rooms are quite big and comfortable and the customer service was excellent. We had an issue with a payment with a taxi driver (our card did not work) and the hotel's receptionist quickly helped us with the payment.

Customer services was excellent, in fact everything was above the rest. I'm from UK and I felt spoilt here in Qatar especially due to the friendly behaviour of the hotel staff. I like the gym, swimming pool and the breakfast. Spacious rooms!

The hotel was everything I expected. What made a difference was staff that was hugely helpful. My daughter left a watch and the staff went above and beyond to help us get it back. I have rarely seen this king of open minded and friendly approach. Much appreciated and once again thank you guys for everything you've done for us.
