Nice crew, pickup at airport was for free. Close to the Doha itl airport for a night stay. Was cheap but the water was cold.. just check and ask at the reception they will fix it for sure or switch room if needed. Big room.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The family room size is a big hit! It is also clean, which is really important to me. It has a decent gym and pool. However, sometimes it is too hot to use the pool, as there is no shade on the roof top. I think a little shade would be great. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is good, however, I personally feel that there should be a little more variety, especially with cut fruits. This is important if you are going to stay for a number of days, like I did. There is noise you can hear if someone is outside the door. I made the hotel aware of this, and they were very apologetic about this. The location has two nearby metro stations, that you can get to via an approx 15 minute walk. There is a lovely airport view too, from higher floors, if you are a plane enthusiast!

Location is a bit far from most places but close to souq waqif , but I feel The cost of the hotel rooms is very good so it didn’t impact the budget

The doors on the rooms were a bit difficult to close so I heard people slamming doors to close them.

The breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty of food to try. The hotel was 10 mins walk away from the metro which made it handy to explore the city.

The breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't want to eat the same offerings for more than two days in a row. I skipped breakfast on the third day because of that. The menu needs to vary each day.

My only issue is with noise as soundproofing is below average, and you can hear door closing (doors are noisy when closed). Also, housekeeping noises at late night (after midnight).

Very very spacious family room with full beds for 4. The location is nice and near some places like Old souq and museums. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable cost per night. Reasonable food cost. Basement parking. Fast responses from reception, maintenance, and housekeeping.

The airport shuttle service is vague and unhelpful. We were given a WhatsApp number to message, but after 20 minutes nobody responded. I called the hotel and they told me a shuttle was on its way and they'd have a staff member hold a sign with our name at the information desk. Over 30 minutes later someone came to us with our name and told us to take a seat. 20 minutes later the shuttle finally arrived. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the airport. The long wait time was a bit puzzling and it shortened our stay and rest before our next flight. I'm a patient person, but this was annoying for me after being on a plane for a long time.

We stayed here for a layover. The room was big with great air-conditioning and a comfy bed. The bathtub was a lovely addition after a long day of travel. Room service was delicious too.
