The staff was absolutely amazing and was very courteous to me. I arrived in the morning and left in the evening because of my transit/flight and the staff accommodated me outside of checkin and checkout hours and I'm very grateful for that. I was able to get some sleep and get on with my flight.

Be very CAREFUL! I was taking photos up by the pool & didn't notice they had a few cement slabs there. They had no warnings around them & I accidentally tripped over one & found out I've broken a bone in my foot from it, which totally ruined my opinion of how great this place was. Very disappointing end to my holiday!

Great accommodation & great staff. Nice & close to the airport. Uber only cost about 40. Rooms were really big & very comfortable. Absolutely loved the nice big bath & it had all the Toiletries you could ask for. Great value!

The location is a bit of a remote building site. Not exactly a place to tour the city from.

We used this as a brief stopover between flights. For this purpose it was fine. Very inexpensive, but quite luxurious. It was Ramadan, so meal facilities were limited. Nevertheless, the evening meal in the restaurant was a good buffet at a reasonable price.

There might be a need for some plumbing maintenance in the restroom.

This was my fifth or sixth stay in the hotel. What I value the most is the approach and attitude of the staff. This time it was Christine and Charles I interacted with the most. They did not hesitate to go beyond their duties and help even with small like money change. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Pool was not working and pool area wasnt really nice, maybe some plants etc. decoration would help. The look from my window was to an old house, and the area of the hotel wasnt anything special; in front of huge parking lot.

View from the room isn`t great, but that didn`t bother us.

I am overall happy with the hotel (9/10] but have three suggestions: 1. Entrance to the basement garage is quite inconvenient. You have to go inside each time and ask security to come with you and open it, as there are no sensors or card readers. 2. A security chain on the door of my room was broken and id not work. 3. Handle in the bath tube was broken/ loose and did not serve its purpose.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. It seems the daily room cleaning now happens automatically without a need to request one as it used to be some time back, which is very good.

I booked family room. I arrived late afternoon and checked in quickly by very friendly receptionist lady. all staff are friendly and the room was clean with nice smell. has three elevators. if you couldn’t find a parking don’t worry because there is a wide area just in front of the hotel. I didn’t eat in the hotel. value is fair for the money.

The sound of the vacuum cleaning early in the morning .

Spacious and clean room. The toilet was spacious as well. Comfortable carpet and bed. The receptionist and the staff at the door were very nice and welcoming. There were arabic coffee and dates in the lobby to enjoy while checking in. Quick check out.
