Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Kingdomwhen i booked i read that its a short taxi ride from the airport, but then discovered that the old airport is closed and its around 25 minutes and $15 from the new airport, booking.com have not been updated and that is misleading. The room was supposed to be "deluxe" and maybe once upon a time it was but now its worn and tired and many stains on the floor and carpets, towels were think and not very fresh. The restaurant served great food but it was expensive for a meal - i think i paid about $20 for an all you can eat buffet, when all i really wanted was a light meal after long days travel.
The room was quiet and the restaurant staff very friendly.

Philippines"I just want to say that we had a wonderful time staying in Qatar and we really enjoyed it. One of our great experiences was staying at Wonder Palace Hotel. The staff, from the lobby and reception area to room service, were kind and respectful. The room was clean and beautiful, truly perfect for families. I also want to mention that Mr. Joshua, one of the staff members at the reception area, was very kind, accommodating, and approachable. I can say that he is one of the assets of their hotel. On our next visit to Qatar, we will definitely stay at Wonder Palace Hotel again."

Big rooms, not very far from airport. Only 2 good things. I arrived 11 pm, then was calling 3 to the reception asking for adapter because they don’t have European plugs, within half an hour I was calling 3 times asking to bring me it as my phone was out of charge. Every time they were asking number of my room. 🤦🏼♀️ and told: yes Ma’am, in 1 min. Then when I came in my room the first time a key was in a plug and was a conditioner working at the most low temperature it was like in refrigerator. I am not satisfied.

United StatesThe floor (tile and carpet) could have been cleaner. At least slippers are provided.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was silent, and the blackout curtains effective. Shuttle to the airport was an unexpected convenience. The staff are helpful.

BahrainThe room had old furniture, a dirty carpet, and stained blankets with blood. The towels were smelly and unclean. Service was poor compared to other hotels. One receptionist was unfriendly and gave false information. We also found leftover food behind the cushions from previous guests.

BahrainThe place needs maintenance, we stayed a night with literally no air conditioning working. The staff transferred us to another room. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. The lightening is bad. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom although it’s 4 star. I think this place could be better if they worked on maintenance
The staff were friendly and cooperative

RomaniaExtremely noisy hotel. Being close to the airport I would expect for almost 200 euro per night to have a decent sleep. Even with ear plugs we could not sleep, on our floor there were people shouting, slamming the doors, someone rang at the door bell at 1am!!! Reception couldn’t do anything although we called them. We left with a really bitter taste, never come back again. Maybe this is the type of clientelle of this hotel, I won’t take the chance again, we asked for a minimum, just for a pkace to rest and that was impossible.
The hotel is a bit outdated. Family room was big but no lights on the ceiling, we had an early check out and you could barely see well in the room in order to take all the belongings. 10 minutes to the airport and heated pool are a plus.
