No concierge but reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was boring, sad, limited & repeated with monotonous regularity - disappointing for a four star hotel - my main grouse.

Excellent location with the Indian Ocean in front & the centre of St Denis literally behind the hotel. Smart, modern, new & aesthetically pleasing. Easy check - in & helpful staff. Suite was spotlessly clean, spacious with a large balcony & comfortable. Relaxing outside area facing the sea & watching the world go by. Smart lobby & great ambiance. Stunning views from the rooftop on the 5th floor. Highly recommend & will stay here again.

Airconditioning is centrally managed. Lack of interest in staff in general. Very poor and potentially dangerous conditions of the gym.

I really appreciate the welcome at the lobby and at the restaurant Macatia. Room was comfortable with a king size bed and a desk for business. I was also satisfied to be at a walking distance of the town center. Last, I enjoyed the breakfast with very nice people.

Unfortunately the option"Ocean View" of my room was not nice. It was more a "technical area view". So no real added value to pay more. It was the second time this year I stayed at Radisson. Both time there was a water pression issue in the bathroom . No parking available for time being...

We chose an ocean view room as opposed to an inner view room, we did see the ocean, but through the rooftop in front of our window with all the air-conditioning units! We did ask to change room, but the hotel was full, but for our last night it was fine. Breakfast was disappointing - not a great choice and average quality for a four star establishment. For example the sausages were inedible, scrambled eggs were like a soup and very dry croissants.

We chose the hotel so that we didn't have to drive too far the next day to leave as we had an evening flight. The hotel organised a late check-out which was great so that we could enjoy our last day. Nice large swimming pool.

Lack of knowledge or proper explanation/guidance and assistance from reception team on how to move around and how to get from hotel to places of interest.

A few teething problems. Much prefer small bottles of shampoo etc to large cannisters that spray all over the place. Small bottles have much more of a personal touch. It was also irritating that as soon as you checked out, you could no longer get wi-fi- even in public areas of the hotel. Taxis are way too expensive- you shouldn't recommend. Bus much, much better

Perfect location at the seafront. Restaurants in close walking distance. Modern design, bar and restaurant. Front desk staff were very helpful under the direction of manager Natalie.

Room was only available late and they would not give it earlier (even if free) unless we paid an extra 80 euros We also asked for some advice on what to do / see in La Reunion and the staff would not know
