The residence is not on the beach and it’s not easy to reach the beach by walk. The forniture in the room is a bit old. No nice restaurants in the area for dinner

Exceptional place, friendly staff and especially the cleaning lady was so kind, exceptional cleanliness, perfect view from the balcony, swimming pool, nice hotel area and lots parking places. I enjoyed my stay here. This was my third stay there and we definitely come back to this place!

The restaurant was closed and nothing mentioned on booking.com that it opens on specific days. Walking distance there was nothing open for dinner except a burger king!!!!.

Pool tends to get very crowded and wondering about how clean the water is.

Value for money is ok, close to bakeries, a supermarket and the road to get to where you want to get. Good roomsize and small kitchenette with all things you'd need if you want to cook for yourself.

- Parking issues, they sell the guests' parking spaces to external visitors during the day, so if you decide to come back early, you basically have to wait for ages to park - Crowds of people - Definitely lied in the description about the sound proof rooms - the music was blasting so loud we could not even talk to each other in the room or watch tv, as we could not hear anything - Very little cooking space, hardly usable - Lack of basic amenities, for example, we needed an iron, apparently, they had one, but then couldn’t find it for days - It’s not very dirty, but it’s not clean either. The cupboard look so dirty I could not put my clothes in there. The toilet was a bit disgusting with smudges of dirt and old poop on it (attached photo). They clean regularly, but very superficially. Overall, if you want a loud party place, then it’s great for you. We generally prefer quiet apartments. We were forced by the tourism board to book with them. At first, we were happy that the air-con was working, and we at least could make a cup of coffee in the morning, but after a few days, the crowds became exhausting. This really got to us especially when we planned to have a rest day after a few days of hiking, but the parking was a nightmare and the noise was unbearable. The management did not even apologise for this, I was told that other people are enjoying the party, so I just need to wait until it was over.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. A room with a large balcony, a large and clean pool. Breakfast with a good selection and delicious fresh fruit for breakfast. Large parking lot. The lobby is very nice. We especially want to thank the friendly and helpful bartender Frank! His English language skills were a big help for us!

room small and dated. not enough storage for clothes, no drawers to put ‘smalls’ in. shower leaked all over the floor. kitchen area too small and cramped. overpriced and poor quality breakfast. no shops to walk to and long hot walk to the beach across busy roads

no cleaning services in the room, the cleaning staf did all the other rooms except for us. Water was not hot in the shower and had to reduce pressure to a maximum to have a decent shower. Buildings need painting, looks odd. Not enough parking spaces, had to leave my car outside the premises at night.
