Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumDue to the windows opening to the inner garden with the pool, but also with gardens of surrounding houses, it can get quite noisy during the day. The noise quietens down for the night.
the hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and also from the city centre. the hotel offers dinners in its restaurant. Otherwise for dinner one would have to drive to the city centre, not much around the hotel. the hotel has a spacious parking. Breakfast was excellent.

JapanSuper nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

Room was clean and large, with a functioning air conditioning. Nice view on the swimming pool. The restaurant was small with limited choice but the meals were of good quality and quantity overall. Breakfast was also at a relatively good standard.

I asked for late checkout and an airport transfer during my booking on booking.com and during the checkin they knew my wish and I did not need to notice it again. Worth the price. Everything about the hotel and the booking and the staff were excellent. Clean rooms, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Organising the shuttle from the airport with Tulip Inn was SUCH A PLEASURE. Our flight kept getting delayed and the hotel always responded to our messages and assured us the car would be waiting for us at the new arrival time. Brilliant service.
