“We arrived after reception closed. I had confirmed with the hotel the code needed to get in but it didn’t work. I had to call an emergency number, they gave a different code and it still didn’t work. In the end someone had to come to the hotel and because we had booked 2 rooms it would never have gone through as payment was too much! Shame they couldn’t have told me that and I could have paid in advance. Breakfast very crowded but it was a Saturday.”
