    “We loved every second of our stay here. It was paradise. The rooms are exceptional; clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities are provided for. Food and drink are also top standard! The staff are all so friendly and will go out of their way to make sure all needs are met. Would recommend this place highly. Looking forward to coming back.     “Austin was the best host ever, so kind and helpful, beautiful soul. Communication was easy through Whatsapp. He took me to the airport at 5am with no problem. The room was very clean and big with nice equipment, for example coffee. Wish I had stayed longer so that I would’ve had time to explore the village. If you are planning to stay here just before/after your flight, consider one extra night! That’s how awesome this place was.”

Spotless room with friendly helpful staff - you are not paying for the Ritz so don't expect it but we will be returning to La Sea View when we next visit Goa !”

    “Location - perfectly situated at the end of a residential road close to the beach and shops and the fort. Accommodation - tastefully decorated and everything you would need. We stayed in the garden room which is one of the smaller rooms and in hindsight we were pleased with this room as it was plenty spacious, but a bit cozier and very comfortable. Food - plenty of choice in the included breakfast offer, all freshly prepared with quality ingredients. We ate dinner there most lights too and there is plenty of choice and all the dishes were very well prepared from scratch and really tasty. We loved the xacuti and also had tiger prawns and pomfret one of the nights too which was delicious!! Staff - Sajjid has a great team working for him and they are all excellent in their roles front and back of house. Particular mention to Motthi and Pasquale who were just fab. Cleanliness and comfort - exceptionally clean and everything working as it should. We had a problem with our AC one of the nights and were given the option to move to another room to sleep with the promise of the AC being fixed the following day. Which it was. Safety and security - there is a safe in the rooms. Being located at the end of the residential road also made it feel safer and there is a security guard on duty overnight. And of course there are the resident dogs to add to the security detail, special mention to Sophie dog and Judy dog. We felt very safe and secure. Overall we were so pleased we chose to stay at the Marbella guest house and would thoroughly recommend it to those seeking peace and tranquility in a charming setting with a team of friendly staff that genuinely care about ensuring you enjoy your stay.”
