“When we arrived, there was construction trash, no pillow on the sofa, no bed sheets, no towels, no toilet paper, trash in the kitchen, fridge was not working. He told us to come back in 1h but only half of things were fixed (no bed sheets and towels for 1 instead of 2 people, fridge not working, dirty kitchen etc...). He told us to cancel.
He sais then he's gonna be here in 10 minutes, we tried to call him again many times without answer and left the place after more than 1h.
We had to find another place and then he refused to refund!!!”
