“The hotel is amazing. A bit far from city center but easy to access through metro/taxi. The room view was wonderful! The air conditioning was not able to cool down the room but the staff helped us by opening the window. Very nice stay!”
“There is no doubt that this hotel has seen better days but the staff are doing the best they can.
From reception, breakfast service to cleaning they all are trying to make the stay enjoyable. And they are succeeding.
Reviews written 10 years ago complain about the poor room air conditioning.
There's nothing the staff can do it's a management issue, that needs to be fixed, or travellers will avoid this hotel”
“The location is good when you come by train. Like 2min by feet from the station. Also even if it's so close to the train station, you don't hear any noise from outside, when you are in the room.
The food service (6am to 9pm) is very good and cheap. For 100yuan, you can have 3 meals and 2 drinks, delivered to your room.
Breakfast is good.
Beds are comfortable.”
“Best hotel I've stayed at in China! Very comfortable and clean, had very good sleep and excellent breakfast. Also close to a Metro station, not far from the Yellow Crane pagoda. Good value for money”
“The room is very clean.
The location is superb.
The staff are very nice and helpful.
Improvement points:
Molds in the bathroom + I could hear others snoring at night”
“We reserved a pod because we knew we were landing after midnight. When we arrived they said they have our pod away because we did not show up. They said a booking is not a guarantee to get a pod because if you don't show up they resell the pod. But we got there when we landed. The support was very cold and sitting on a chair for 6 hours instead of sleeping in a pod was a very frustrating experience. I would suggest messaging and saying your flight number and arrival time to potential deal with this issue. But even then late arrivals are not a guarantee per the management.”

2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
