“I had to change my check in time multiple times but Pietro was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, accommodation was very clean and spacious. For two, it’s the perfect house. For four, it was very comfortable tooo. Coffee machine and tea were available was an absolute bonus!
Sofa bed can be easily kept, which gave us a lot of space.”
“We stayed 4 nights here. Loved it. Very comfortable and quiet area. The staff were lovely and helpful with great WhatsApp communication daily if needed. There were lots of little ‘perks’ like drinks and pastries. We had a car and we felt very safe and secure with parking. Great location for Porto Venere, Cinque Terre and we even drove to Pisa for the day from here.
It is a little out of La Spezia centre but we used the buses. If you walk to the bottom of the hill there are a couple of bus stops. Buy your tickets in a shop and stamp when you get on the bus.
As with every hotel we stayed in in Italy there is a little noise. You can hear doors shutting and showers etc. I think the tiled floors and concrete walls allow noise to travel.”
“What a find. Sunset rooms are perfect. Close to La Spezia Centrale where you can hop on and off the regional trains to Cinque Terre. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was tea, coffee and water provided. Close to great restaurants. Our host greeted us and was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have wished for anything better.”
“Amazing apartment! We loved it! Easy check-in and check-out. The host was nice and quick to respond. Very comfortable beds. The apartment had everything we needed for a two-day stay. If we plan to be in La Spezia, we will definitely book again. I recommend it!”
“The room is perfectly located, metres away from the station. Although it's so close to it , we didn't hear the trains that run at night. Anyway, in case you have a light sleep, they leave some earplugs
The room is very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We were told to meet the owner at the train station in the information centre ( see photo)
There's a mini fridge, a water heater, some coffee , tea and sugar in the room
It's important to know that to get to the rooms ( numbers 1 and 2 at least) you need to go up 3 flights of narrow stairs ( which I think is very common in Cinque terre) but apart from that totally recommended”
“Very clean place, comfortable beds, perfect location close to train station for Cinque Terre tour and the town center with various restaurants. Lina is very lovely and hepful.”
