    “It's very clean and decent service. It's in azziziya so not walking distance from Haram, but that should be expected and known before booking. Taxi drivers take 10 to 20 riyals per pick up/drop off to the haram. For the price it's well worth the money.”

    “Only one staff at the reception and the 2 restaurant managers speak English. The bathroom was bad. When you take a shower, most of the water seeps to the other part of the bathroom. So one has to mop and drain water after every shower. Bathrooms were not clean. The fridge was broken, (fridge door was attached by only one hinge and rusty). Fridge was too loud and it was not even working well. To add insult to injury, the tiles were slippery because of the obvious flood after every shower. The restaurant buffet is not diverse enough. I had to request the trash to be taken out. What I like is that there is a prayer room and the location is close to shops. Beds were comfortable.”
