    “The hotel foyer is impressive but the room was minimalist and stark. We ate dinner in the restaurant once, it’s a shocker, the food seemed like heated up frozen meals. The breakfast was even worse, all the breakfast functions crowded into one corner so only one person could access anything. The coffee machine, toaster, and hot food all so crowded. Soggy croissants, unidentified blended juices, coffee machine coffee was very weak. However, the very friendly woman on reception is excellent, she was very helpful and pleasant.”

    “Great staff, safe environment for dogs, very welcoming, large rooms, amazing restaurant with menu changed daily and super pricing structure for guests, overall superb value for money and a great place to find oneself. The only downside was the road noise, which is highly noticeable but also entirely bearable. We slept fine throughout each of our four nights stay, but one is woken quite early. Otherwise just great thanks.”

    “First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice!! The bedroom decor is ok! It's not your 5* palace but it's well worth the cost. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast for €7 is simple but worth it. The shower is basic and a bit smallish BUT plenty of pressure and hot water, not like other places we have stayed at around the world where they run out of hot water!”

    “The Location is very handy. It is a family owned business and it is run by them, which makes the ambient nicer. Lena is very knowledgeable about the religious activities and their schedules and gives nice insights on what to do and when. Antoine on the other hand was very good indicating activities for kids and of general interest. Both were very accommodating and provide full support when and as required. They were very kind to my kids and family members too. Good price.”

    “As a 4 star hotel we were expecting that's there will be a disposable slipper and a bathrobe. The breakfast also eggs are cold we expected a scramble egg . We have been in many hotels in Lourdes from 2 to 4 star that's why I know what to expect in the room and breakfast”
