“My husband and I booked an apartment at this agency at the spur of the moment. There was a bit of a mix-up with our booking - the options section of this property on Booking.com is a bit misleading and we seemingly booked a smaller apartment with no balcony, which was not the one we wanted. However, the friendly receptionist who handled our check-in quickly arranged for another apartment with a terrace and an even better view over the harbour. We did have to pay a bit more but it was worth it. Although small, the cleanliness, amenities, newly renovated bathroom and that terrace made up for it. It was perfect for the two of us.”
