  “We were not allowed to use the pool in the morning, which made us very upset. After all, we booked this hotel only because you have a swimming pool. And at reception woman said that the pool is open after 11:00 (this is not indicated anywhere), at time when we leave have to check out from hotel and we will not be able to use it... inform the guests about this so that they wouldn’t be so upset as we was…”

  “Great little house that can accommodate the entire family plus some guests if needed. Good facilities, with a couple of dedicated places for barbecue. Every house has its own little porch with table and benches. Beds were super comfy and everything spotlessly clean. The TV signal was a bit patchy sometimes, but that's probably normal in a mountain area. Plenty to do for kids - there are swings plus a little playground at one of the houses. Very good comms with the owner.”
