“the room smell bad as soon as i walked in. the shower was only dripping out. the bathroom is dirty. the whole room needs to be cleaned and decorated. the bed was a bit of foam and the pillows are like a bag of cement. only reason I stayed was because I'd been 18hours travelling. checked out next morning. fair enough, the lady offered another room but I declined because if that's what one room was like, I don't wanna know what the rest is like.”
“The guesthouse is located at the old tow center of Huahin. it is very close to all the seafood restaurant near to the beach side of Hua hin. Very quite at night and the house tenant is very helpful and friendly..I stayed one extra night and only pay for the rent on the next day”
“I have stayed here before and it is still as good as last time. I usually book this hotel for my dental visits in Hua Hin since it is comfortable and clean - and also very big. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a big smart-TV that is a nice addition. I also like that the beach is just a short walk away. I did not order breakfast this time around, but last time it was tasty and fulfilling. Another plus is the close proximity to Bluport.”
“What an absolute gem of a place to stay.
We stayed in the little cabin, it was small, but there's only 2 of us and (to our regret) we only stayed 2 nights. (We really wished we had booked longer, but already had advance bookings further south.).
The village is small with several places to eat and drink. The beach is really long and was very quiet during our stay.
The hosts of Wandee are super helpful, kind and friendly. They have several types of bungalow available and it's just 3 minutes walk from the beach. The garden is beautiful, full of nature and wildlife and also many little art installations. They also have bicycles that you can borrow and can arrange a scooter hire if you wish.
This guest house has been our favourite place to stay on this trip so far.
Highly recommend.”
“Our stay at Palm Gardens was fantastic, from the moment the owner - Thongbai - picked us up from the Bus Stop to the moment she waved us off with the packed lunches she had made for us.
The Villas are simple and beautiful, each looking out onto the inviting pool.
They are 100m from a fantastic white strand beach stretching for miles in either direction with hardly on soul around. Nearby are a number of beach bars and restaurants - the I-Talay wines out for me, but all are welcoming and cheap. And you can even get your laundry done nearby.
We went for the breakfast option which Thongbai made for us each day. She bakes her own bread - you have to try it.
Overall a great experience for an unbeatable price”
